Florence for a few

After a global health emergency abruptly stopped, closed and emptied cities, it's strange to say; yet Florence, when in summer the frenzy, the traffic and the typical queues of the rest of the year pack their bags, turns into Sleeping Beauty ... No, sleeping after a hearty lunch! Beautiful as always and perhaps more. There remain glimpses, museums, restaurants, and terraces with views, all to be enjoyed more slowly and more intensely. Like a dance with a hot rhythm.

The Florentine "sea"
With a little imagination, even in Florence you can have the feeling of being on the water's edge. The various points of the Lungarno, including the Rondinella, the Rime, the Zecca, the Anconella and the Cascine, on which to spread the towel and sunbathe enjoying the breeze that only on the river bank (from a certain hour onwards) it can be found on the hottest days. And although the sunset over the sea is a spectacle of nature, staying on the banks of the Arno until sunset behind Pontevecchio, with a glass of fresh white wine in hand, is a picture without frames.
