The property has no reception. The customer has the obligation to communicate in advance, 24 hours in advance, your expected arrival time. You can enter this information in the “arrival time” section provided at the time of booking or contact the property directly using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.
The customer has the obligation to leave the apartment free of people and things; in the absence the structure will charge a penalty of the amount corresponding to the cost of one night of the booking made, without the right to stay or the apartment must be left the same.
Check-in / check-out outside the scheduled times incur an additional charge. The extra charge for check in after 07:00 pm is € 30. After 10:00 pm it is not possible to check in and the reservation will not be refunded. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

Animals are not allowed. In the presence of unauthorized animals, the property reserves the right not to accept entry and the costs of the reservation will not be refunded

The apartments include iron, ironing board and hairdryer. For any non-European appliances that you wish to bring to the apartment, 220 volt European AC power adapters will be required. European adapters can be purchased before arrival in Italy at stores such as amazon and also in most major airports.
Once here you can also find them at supermarkets and local shops.

All homes in Italy have a limit on the amount of electrical power (3 kW). Using too many electrical appliances at the same time will cause a power failure (at check-in you will be explained what to do in this case).
Italian laws state that heating in private homes can only be turned on for a certain period of the year (specifically established each year) and only for a certain amount of hours per day.

When the moment of your departure arrives, leave the apartment in the best possible conditions, you will help us prepare it for the family that comes after yours! Upon check out, all you have to do is leave the keys on the table in the dining room. Attention, remember not to leave with the keys, you could have them in your bag or pocket.

NO. It is absolutely forbidden to smoke in the apartment

You are in a tourist apartment and not in a hotel, so normally only a final cleaning is provided on your departure. We are happy to offer you an intermediate cleaning during your stay if you book a stay of 5 or more nights. Costs and modalities vary according to the apartment you have chosen and the length of your stay.

The payment of the stay is based on the rate you have chosen:
Standard rate: you will pay directly upon your arrival in cash or credit cards at the property. No advance payment is required but the property reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to your arrival.
Non-refundable rate: the total amount of the reservation will be charged to the credit card inserted at the time of booking, at any time

Pre-authorization is a temporary block of a specific amount on a credit card; it will be deducted from the credit limit of the card, and consequently will not generate any type of bank movement on the current account, because it is not accounted for, therefore, it is not a debit. The pre-authorization release can take up to 30 days depending on the credit card provider.

You can pay the extra costs, cash only, directly on your arrival:
TOURIST TAX: Euro 4 per person per night, for a maximum of 7 nights. Free for children under 12 years old.
FINAL CLEANING: Based on the size of the apartment (you will find this information when booking)

Here are our cancellation policies:
STANDARD RATE: The customer can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. The customer pays the total amount of the reservation if he cancels within 7 days before arrival. If the client does not show up, he will have to pay the total amount of the reservation.
No advance payment is required but the property reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to your arrival.
NON REFUNDABLE RATE: The customer pays the total amount of the booking if he cancels at any time after booking.

When booking, you are always asked for the number of guests. The property will no longer accept guests of the maximum capacity indicated on the site in the event that upon arrival the capacity will be different from that of the booking there is a supplement of € 10 / person / night.

Usually we will not ask you for a deposit. But the property reserves the right to evaluate particular cases. In case of accidental damage to the apartment, notify us and we will charge your credit card.

Each apartment is equipped with all the linens needed to live your stay to the fullest: towels, sheets, blankets and towels for the kitchen. There is no change of towels and linens during their stay.

The structure has an elevator but when you book, check if there are stairs to reach the apartments.

Please consider that:
Our rental properties are not hotels, farmhouses, B&Bs and the like, and therefore by law the extra services such as you may find in this type of accommodation (such as reception, concierge, supply of meals and drinks, cleaning and linen change during the course of the living room, and courtesy kit such as soaps etc.) are strictly prohibited.

In the apartment you always find a fast Wi-Fi connection. You will find all the necessary information in the notebook inside the apartment.

In your apartment, you find soap and toilet paper. You will be provided with two rolls of toilet paper in the bathroom. You can easily buy other rolls in case you need them at the nearest supermarket.

 The center of Florence is located in a Limited Traffic area also called ZTL. This means that the historic center is closed to cars every day. You can find this information on the “useful info"
